FAQs

What services do you offer?

We offer overnight and holiday stays, tailored to your dog’s needs. From daily beachside and park walks to playtime in our fully fenced garden, we ensure your dog enjoys their stay.

How many dogs do you care for at once?

To ensure every dog gets plenty of attention and care, we keep our numbers small with a maximum of 3 dogs at a time. This allows us to provide a personalised and safe experience for each dog.

How much do you charge?

We charge $75 per dog per night.

Is there a meet-and-greet before booking?

Yes! We encourage a meet-and-greet prior to your dog’s stay. This helps us get to know your dog’s personality, preferences, and any special needs they may have, so we can provide the best care.

Can I check in on my dog during their stay?

Absolutely! We send regular photo updates so you can see how your dog is doing and enjoy peace of mind while you’re away.

Do you have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds?

Yes, we welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes! Whether your dog is small and shy or big and energetic, we have the experience and space to accommodate them.

What if my dog has special dietary or medical needs?

We’re happy to accommodate any special dietary or medical requirements. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure your dog’s routine is followed.

Is your garden secure?

Yes, our large garden is fully fenced, ensuring your dog can safely explore and play outdoors without any worry.

How much exercise will my dog get during their stay?

We tailor exercise routines to suit your dog’s needs. Our “usual” routine is a morning walk and an early evening walk, however we can adapt the time and length of walk to suit your dog’s individual needs.

What should I bring when I drop off my dog?

Please bring your dog’s food, bed and any special items they might need (like toys or medication).

What happens if my dog gets sick during their stay?

If your dog shows any signs of illness, we will contact you immediately and take them to the vet if necessary. We prioritise your dog’s health and well-being at all times.
